Your questions

Three answers about your client area

How do I obtain my login details ?▾

Fill in the access request form : it asks for your surname and first name, the name of your building and the address of your unit. We check that you do appear on the list of co-owners, then we open your access.

Your login details are sent to you by email, to the address recorded in your file. If you have just acquired your unit and have not yet given us your contact details, start with the I am a new co-owner form.

I have changed email address, what should I do ?▾

Send us your new address in writing at syndic@ddgroup.lu, stating the name of your building. We update your file : your meeting notices, your statements of charges and anything concerning your client area will then go to the right address.

If your old mailbox still works, write to us from it : the request is then easier to match to your file. Failing that, call us on +352 27 99 72 72 ; we will verify your identity with you.

Can I give my tenant access ?▾

Your access is personal : it is opened for the co-owner, who is our point of contact for the condominium. We recommend that you do not pass your login details to your tenant, or to any third party : your client area holds accounting information that concerns you personally.

You remain free, of course, to pass on to your tenant the documents that concern them. And for a problem in the common areas, they can report it to us directly : the Report an issue form is open to all occupants of the building.
