Welcome to your condominium. This form lets us add you straight away to your building's records, so that you receive the notices of general meetings, the information about works and your service-charge statements without missing a thing.
As soon as we receive it, we record your details with your building and open up access to your documents. You no longer have to chase information : it comes to you.
Fields marked with an asterisk are required — your data stays confidential.
Five answers to get your bearings as soon as you move into the building.
The notary usually notifies us of the change of owner, but that notification can take some time and it does not always include your direct contact details : email address, mobile number, correspondence address where it differs from the property.
By filling in this form, you give us the right details straight away. It is the surest way of not being unreachable during your first few weeks.
Yes. The notice of meeting is sent to the co-owner on the register of the syndicat (the co-owners' association), at the correspondence address they have given us. As soon as your arrival is recorded, you receive the notices of meeting, the agenda and the accompanying documents.
So do get in touch without delay : if a meeting is already being prepared, we will make sure the notice reaches you.
You contribute to the condominium's charges from the transfer of ownership. How the charges for the current financial year are split between the seller and you is, as a rule, settled by your deed of sale, which prevails : we follow it.
That is precisely why we ask for the acquisition date : it lets us work out the pro-rata share and send you the correct calls for funds, without billing you for a period that is not yours.
The règlement de copropriété (the condominium by-laws) is annexed to your deed of acquisition : your notary gives you a copy. It is the document that sets out the intended use of the common and private parts, how the ownership shares are split, and the rules of life in the building.
You will also find it, together with the minutes of general meetings and your statements, in your My D&D Access online area. If you have no copy at all, just ask us and we will send it to you.
Works undertaken by the condominium are voted on at a general meeting : they therefore appear in the minutes, together with how they are funded. Decisions taken before your purchase continue to apply to your unit.
Give the name of your building on the form : we will tell you where the current decisions stand and the deadlines known to date, along with any related calls for funds.
